Pacific is a professional services firm. We have been supporting public and private sector clients since the year 2000 from our offices in Abu Dhabi and we have delivered over 1,000 projects and deliverables in that time.

We have three business streams:
Implementation and Change Management
What makes us unique is our ability to execute in all three areas, emphasizing the concrete, practical deliverables that enable our clients to make changes and improvements. Our clients are able to focus on specific, critical needs, which makes our services cost-effective. Other firms are excellent consultants, but none offer specialized technical writing and implementation support in the way that we do. Having three streams enables us to price accurately so that our clients benefit from what they spend.
Our three business streams complement one another.
We start with consulting, to define the scope and value to the client; in some engagements, consulting is a very small component of the total package – in others it is substantial. Consulting provides process definition and analysis, and a list of what you need to do.
Technical writing is the development of the solutions, policies, procedures, programs and other deliverables (for example, job descriptions, development programs, appraisal forms) that can be implemented to achieve your purpose.
As you know, this is often a very large piece of work and cannot be delegated simply to clerical or admin staff if it is to be done right and to be useful.
This service is a fairly new here in the UAE as a specialization, and we are pioneers in that sense.
Finally, implementation ensures that the client’s personnel adopt the recommendations and deliverables. We can provide all three services or just one or two – in some cases, clients hire us to implement what other providers have developed.
