PETER S. BARLOW, MBA MSc Peter steers the company he founded in 2000. He has over twenty years experience in consulting and writing. He has lived in the Gulf since 1990. Before founding Pacific, Peter worked for the UAE Armed Forces. |

JAN BARLOW Jan is in charge of producing materials, multimedia products and technical documents. Jan has an IT background, and worked as a programmer before working with Pacific. |

ANAND DEVAN Anand has over seven years experience in project planning, technical and policy documentation. His work includes functional specifications manuals, help files and user manuals, using tools such as Macromedia Robohelp or Help & Manual. |
